John Fitch, a St. Ed’s alum from the Class of
’66, is currently suffering from lung cancer after having suffered a series of
strokes several years ago.John is
currently under the care of hospice and is at the Bradley Bay nursing home in
Bay Village.John has been unable to
work for these several years so we are having a fund raiser to help John and
his family with medical and other expenses.Please mark your calendars for Wednesday August 6, 2008 from 6-9 PM at
the Great Lakes Brewery “Tasting Room” off of Carroll Ave., which runs from W.
25th street west in Cleveland.The Tasting Room entrance has a
green awning in front.Beer, pretzels
and snacks will be provided and there will be door prizes and entertainment.The ticket donation is $50 per ticket and we
hope to have a sellout.Tickets are available
